Made from high-quality Japanese VG10 37-layer stainless steel, this knife is designed to maintain a sharp edge for a long time.

Its striking hammered (tsuchime) finish adds to its aesthetic appeal. With a Rockwell Hardness rating of 61° and hand-ground blades at a 12° angle, this knife is perfect for both right and left-handed users.

The handle, made of black canvas micarta, boasts three stainless steel rivets and an end cap. Handcrafted in Seki City, Japan, all Enso knives come with a lifetime warranty.
