Impressively non-stick

I ended up getting one of these tin lined copper pans myself. They are not as non-stick as Teflon but they aren't bad. One key point that others have mentioned is that make sure the client's home does not have induction. If they have induction stove top, then you'll need to get an adapter plate.

I could not help but sneak a peak while bundling the package up per the instructions that came with the kit. The pan is truly breathtakingly beautiful. Wish that everything came pre-wrapped though.

This pictures of the pan sent to me by my client were stunning. Made a great impression. Packaging was a little difficult as I had to do it myself with the kit that was sent.
