Jill Czarnik
Jill Czarnik is an entrepreneur and sustainability advocate. As the co-founder of The Tribalist, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the platform's mission and driving its vision of healthy, microplastic-free living.
In 2019 Jill had a skin irritation she went to several doctors to resolve. After extensive testing she was told she was highly allergic to Propylene Glycol, a very common chemical in beauty and skincare products. This was a pivotal moment to realize many of the products manufacturers have sold us are not good for us.
With a background in technology and a passion for health and wellness, recognized the need for innovative solutions to address pressing environmental challenges often caused by these seemingly innocent products we use everyday, and saw an opportunity to leverage digital and AI to amplify the impact of healthy living
Beyond her role at The Tribalist, Jill is actively involved in initiatives and partnerships aimed at advancing sustainability practices and promoting healthy living.. Whether through speaking engagements or industry events, she remains dedicated to championing the cause of plastic-free living, sustainability and challenging the status quo.
Jill is orginally from Chicago, living the last decade in New York City after obtaining her MBA from NYU Stern.
