If you love Daily Harvest, you'll love this sweet potation, nutrition dense smoothie. I combine a lot of fall favorites to make this protein-fiber-packed delight.

I "hacked" the receipt from their "Carrot + Cinnamon", inspired by carrot cake batter.

This smoothie is a nutrient-packed blend that supports vision, skin, heart, and brain health. It provides antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats, boosts energy, enhances digestion, reduces inflammation, and strengthens immunity. Optional protein and flaxseeds add satiety and gut benefits.

Recipe (16-20 oz serving size)

  • 8-10 oz almond milk (depending how dense you want it)
  • 3/4 to 1 cup sweet potation (roughly 1/2 sweet potato)
  • 3 Dates - remove pits
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 to 3/4 large carrot (roughly 1 large carrot)
  • 3-5 full walnuts
  • 1 TBS caco nibs
  • 1-2 TSP cinnamon
  • 1-2 TSP nutmeg
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein power
  • Optional: ice cubes
  • Optional: flaxseeds

Steps

  1. Chop sweet potato, dates, and carrots into 1/4-1/2 pieces
  2. Combine above with 8 oz almond milk
  3. Add toppings (walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, protein powder, walnuts)
  4. Blend for 1 minute
  5. Enjoy!

I recommend spending meal prep Sunday batching 1 serving size and freezing in stasher bags for the week ahead.
